Return Policy
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Personalized, sale, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return
- Visit HandmadeScharm.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
- Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip.
- Ship the return using the provided label.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days. Follow the same return process and note your exchange preference during checkout.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
